Stunning modern property with an incredible location in Itzimna, one of the very best neighborhoods in Merida. It’s within 5 minutes driving from Centro and North on a very quiet and safe street. The attention to detail and design was very carefully thought out to have full benefit from the north-south orientation. The airflow and temperature inside without ACs and fans on is incredible, definitely one of the best features.
This perfect mid-town location provides easy access to neighborhood retail and restaurants, a pleasant walk to Centro Historico and is only a short drive north to the new shopping centers and the gulf coast beaches. Casa Manzana provides a winning combination of public and private space, just a couple blocks off Paseo Montejo.
House rules
1. Check-in is after 3pm. Check-out is before 11am. Times can be adjusted. 2. Electricity is not included. The cost of the kilowatt is $3.5 MXN. 3. There is a $300 USD damage and electric deposit. 4. Minimum stay of 4 nights. 5. Smoking is not allowed in the entire property. 6. Pets are not allowed. 7. Maximum 6 overnight guests. Additional overnight guests are not permitted. The maximum is 6 people.
